access to my client closet curated with beautiful maternity dresses, and a Session Prep guide and other resources that will help you plan for your dream session. My location guide will provide you with both outdoor options or my light-filled studio and you also have the option to pair a maternity session with a newborn session as part of a membership. As soon as you book your session, you will receive my Session Prep Guide and other resources for planning (including my Style Guide!). You also have an option to book a Prep + Planning call for all full sessions. I love the planning process and love to help you with this!

Once you are ready to move forward, I will create a booking link for you and all you have to do is sign the contract and pay the deposit. Once that is complete, your spot is reserved on my calendar!

Yay, it's session day! And I'VE GOT YOU!!! All you have to do is show up ready to show off that beautiful bump and I will take care of the rest. I will guide you through poses with prompts to ultimately provide you with a beautiful gallery of images to document this special season.

After your session (usually between two + three weeks!), you will receive an email with a link to your gallery. The photos are easy to download and the link is easy to share with family + friends. With full sessions, you can save, print and share all the high-resolution images in your gallery. You will have the option to upgrade to a membership and pair your maternity session with a newborn session.

All full sessions booked with Ashley Brickner Photography are given access to my natural-lit, timeless studio in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach (if you would like indoor photos!). This offers a light + airy setting that is comfortable for the entire family. Full session clients are also given the option to use to my client closet, a curated closet of dresses (size small-large) that photograph beautifully. My schedule books up quickly (which i am so grateful for!), so i always suggest to reach out to get on the calendar a soon as possible. Maternity sessions usually take place between about 30 and 34 weeks of pregnancy.

Once you book your session, I will provide you with a location guide of areas I strongly suggest for photos as they provide beautiful light and are typically not very crowded. In addition to the outdoor locations, all clients who book a full session with me are able to use my natural-lit studio in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach.

I love to help with the styling, it is one of my favorite parts of the process! Once you book, you will receive my Session Prep Guide which has styling information and recommendations. In addition, all full session clients are able to use my client closet, which is a collection of dresses that photograph beautifully. I am ALWAYS here to help with styling and encourage you to use me as a resource on this.

My goal as your photographer is to make the process as seamless, fun and stress-free as possible! I will lead the session with poses and prompts (I've got you!!) .
In maternity sessions, I capture both photos of you (and your beautiful bump!) and with other immediate family members, if you would like.

I sure do! Newborn sessions are some of my favorite sessions and I would love to capture your sweet baby on the outside in addition to the inside! :) If you are thinking of both a maternity and newborn session, a membership may be the perfect fit for you - this provides both at a discounted rate.
